Originally from Brussels, Frédéric Geens has been mastering the art of flavor for over 20 years. Trained in some of Belgium’s finest gastronomic establishments – including a two-Michelin-starred restaurant – he honed his craft through kitchens, encounters, and travels.

Today at Bistronomique Beach, he brings his inspired cuisine to life — a meeting of land and sea where Mediterranean aromas, Asian finesse, Italian generosity, and the Belgian roots of his childhood all come together on the plate.

Passionate about creativity and sharing, he designs a seasonal, local, and expressive menu that’s always evolving.
